Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia’s The Mermaid Workshop is an activity-driven series that shows children how to create their own puppets from simple found resources through step-by-step guided instruction. Each workshop concludes with a short demonstration of the created puppet in action. The series is entertaining, fun and educational including 15 videos, some of which teach children how to create puppets they see in the Puppets in Paper series. Suitable for children 5+.

What puppets children will make: a bird, bat, squirrel, mouse, sheep, rat, worm, pillowcase puppet, moving mouth, face puppet, fish, panda, guitar, pop-up puppet and more.
